Super Smooth Rotary Tattoo Machine The standard Rotary has an eccentric cam and bearing. This is a very quiet machine. No grommet is required as the bearing is approximately the same diameter as the loop on a standard needle bar. The cam turns and provides the up and down movement required. To stop the side to side movement of the needle bar, simply put an elastic band along the grooves provided to fit around the needle bar and back plate and over the motor casing so that it rests on the bottom near the clip cord bolts. With the elastic band stretched, the tension on either side of the needle bar near the top tube can be easily adjusted. This machine is suitable for all types of work and a round needle grouping is recommended. WORKING VOLTAGE 5-7 VOLTS IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Running this machine at a higher voltage than recommended could cause problems for both the machine and artist.
